About the Foothills Region -

The Foothills Region includes areas of the North Carolina Piedmont, Foothills, and Mountains. We cover Ashe, Watauga, Avery, Burke, Caldwell, Wilkes, Alexander, Catawba, and Rutherford counties. Due to our distances apart, one coordinator, Rickey Green, meets with club members in Rutherfordton: while the other coordinator, Bob Phipps, meets with club members in Lenoir. Our monthly outings and meetings are separate, but we do travel to each others. It is great to have these choices.

Monthly meeting for the Rutherfordton area - 2nd Monday, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm, Rutherford County Annex Building, 289 North Main St., Rutherfordton, NC [Ricky Green - coordinator].

Monthly meeting for Lenoir area - 4th Sunday, 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm, Studio 102, 102 Main St. NW, Lenoir, NC [Bob Phipps - Coordinator].
